They are currently in the position of starting up of our R&D and Pilot Production facilities and are looking for a hands-on Test & Production Engineer.
Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and hands-on Test & Production Engineer for their new R&D facilities. You will have the responsibility to build and maintain this state-of-the-art Hydrogen facility and establish a safe, efficient, and professional manufacturing and testing environment. The work at the facilitates involves both research and development, and pilot production of their PEM electrolyser.
Both senior and junior candidates are encouraged to apply for this position. Responsibilities and qualification requirements will be adjusted according to experience level, competence, and background.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Within your role, in particular, you will be expected to:
- Establish and operate the lab according to regulations and lean standards
- Establish and follow up internal HSE procedures for the facility
- Assist and supervise research and industrialization projects.
- Establish, maintain and perform calibration of R&D and production equipment
- Source necessary equipment and components in collaboration with our Sourcing Manager
- Implement quality control methodologies and preparation procedures for stack components
- Develop and improve stack assembly procedures
- Implement and analyze Statistical Process Control practices.
- Gather, structure and report on test data
Qualifications and requirements:
- 0-5 years experience in a Production environment
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering
- High integrity in your work
- Structured and with an eye for details
- Strong in practical problems solving
- Excellent English skills
- Experience from working with the industrialization of new products is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of the hydrogen industry is an advantage
