HySow The Green Hydrogen Recruitment Specialist is expanding its team!
We are actively seeking several dynamic recruitment consultants to join the team by Jan 24.
You will be responsible for finding and placing qualified candidates in job openings. You will provide a high level of customer service to innovative clients to understand their needs and then source and screen candidates. You will also conduct interviews, assess skills, and experience, and negotiate salary packages.
Depending on the level of experience, training, and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience
- Negotiate salary packages and present suitable candidates to clients
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Provide CV, interview, and general career advice to candidates
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices
Desired Skills
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in the green hydrogen industry or renewable energy sector would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Experience with headhunting and executive search
- Experience with social media recruitment
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
