Job description
This business is looking for a Project Manager/Project Engineer to take the overall responsibility from tender to the completion of our customer projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of our PEM electrolyser installations at customer plants. They are currently working together with Equinor and Gassco to install a 1MW PEM electrolyser at the Kårstø gas processing plant in Norway and you will be a key resource in this project.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects in accordance with defined scope of work, budgets, schedules and in line with quality and HSE requirements
- Define project resource needs, establish the execution plan and cost estimates
- Carry out risk management assessments, mitigate project risks and exploit opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including customer deliverables
- Support proposal development, input for tenders and bid proposals, assist with presentations and participate in contract negotiations related to the acquisition of projects
- Establish and improve the project management process, including document learning and develop recommendations for improvement
- Maintain active dialogue with and report progress to steering groups, consortium partners and customers
Qualifications and requirements:
- Master of Science degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, environment, industrial, or similar)
- Project management skills in international and multicultural environments
- Ability to work independently, and in a structured and systematic manner
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in management of complex process installations
- Experience in manufacturing and procurement follow up
- Structured, with an ability handle many parallel activities in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a passion for creating strong teams building on individual strengths
- Proactive, responsive, and curious
- Excellent English skills. Other languages are an advantage
