Their uniquely redesigned product is a significantly more compact fuel cell with high power density, greater efficiencies, and lower costs of production. Faced with the challenges of climate change and the transition to a decentralized energy system, they seek to provide high-performance and cost-effective fuel cell solutions to their clients and partners. To help achieve their vision of a decarbonized future they are seeking a highly talented and motivated engineer with strong background in fuel cells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed project plan and track progress on a daily basis
- Leadership skills and coordination of various projects, tasks, and responsibilities
- Perform risk management and propose contingency plans for various delayed tasks
- Work in multi-cultural and functional teams and participate in the overall development of projects
- Ensure on-time project delivery within the allocated budget and resources
- Communication with internal/external stakeholders
- Create comprehensive documentation for various projects
- Daily interaction with team members, propose and find solutions for any issues that may arise
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
- Daily communication with managers and responsible personnel
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ph.D., BSc/MSc level or equivalent in mechanical, chemical, chemistry, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-4 years of industrial experience, especially in the field of fuel cells or relevant applications
- Working experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools for planning
- Team player with the ability to function autonomously
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English is mandatory
- Good written and spoken knowledge of French, German, or any other language is a plus.
- Previous knowledge and work experience on 'fuel cells' is a plus.
