Job description
As a Product Manager, Electrolyser Stacks you will contribute to setting the overarching vision and strategy for electrolyser stack products to shape competitive, scalable products and services for green hydrogen production.
You will collaborate closely with other teams (engineering, R&D, production, sourcing, marketing/sales) in the complete product lifecycle. Ensure alignment and shared understanding of the product vision and priorities across the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical product documentation, certification, and application guidelines.
- Gather, analyze, and document product requirements. Draw insights from customer pain points, end-market requirements, competitors’ portfolios, and emerging business opportunities to strategically develop their product portfolio.
- Defining the customer value proposition for electrolyser stacks, ensuring clear communication, and delivering clear positioning within the Hystar product portfolio.
- Support sales activities and head up studies of market intelligence and identifying potential gaps in the product portfolio.
- Support investment decisions in product and technology development and enhance the likelihood of product success in the market by creating robust business plans for existing and new offerings
Qualifications and requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical, process engineering, industrial economics or similar.
- Experience in the product management lifecycle and/or product development is beneficial.
- Business and customer orientation with good organizational skills.
- Prior knowledge of electrolyser or fuel cell stacks and systems.
- Responsibilities and qualification requirements will be adjusted according to experience level, competence, and background.
Working language is English, and all employees must be comfortable with both writing and speaking English at the office.
