They are currently in the position of starting up their R&D and Pilot Production facilities and are looking for a hands-on Lab Manager/Engineer.
Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and hands-on Lab Manager/Engineer for these new facilities. You will have the responsibility to build and maintain this state-of-the-art Hydrogen facility and establish a safe, efficient, and professional manufacturing and testing environment. The work at the facility involves both research and development, and pilot production of their PEM electrolyser.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Within your role, in particular, you will be expected to:
- Establish and operate the facility according to regulations and 5S standards
- Establish and follow up internal HSE procedures for the facility
- Assist and supervise research and industrialization projects.
- Establish, maintain and perform calibration of R&D and production equipment
- Source necessary equipment and components in collaboration with our Sourcing manager
- Implement quality control methodologies and preparation procedures for stack components
- Develop and improve stack assembly procedures
- Implement and analyze Statistical Process Control practices.
- Gather, structure and report on test data
Qualifications and requirements:
- 0-5 years experience in Lab or Production environment
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering
- High integrity in your work
- Structured and with an eye for details
- Strong in practical problems solving
- Excellent English skills
- Experience from working in hydrogen laboratories is an advantage but not a requirement
- Knowledge to lean manufacturing is an advantage but not a requirement
